WOW Boogie Bodyboard

Our bodyboards contain a wire mesh built into the bottom of the board that strengthens it and prevents it from bending and breaking. Aluminum rods provide the backbone of these boards, called stringers, and are built into the board for added durability and rigidity. Our leash includes multiple swivel points and are coiled to prevent them from getting tangled.

The Boogie is the headliner of the Walk On Water bodyboard lineup. The 42 inch height has been a strong standard in casual adult bodyboarding for decades. This size will fit most average adults and teenagers with a strong dose of stiffness, floatation, comfort and maneuverability. The foam core is a beaded EPS foam for great floatation and water resistance. As with all Walk On Water bodyboards these boast a hard plastic “chicken wire” mesh bottom between the core and the hard slick HDPE bottom for stiffness and durability. The arched tail and channeled bottom give the rider plenty of maneuverability options while riding. These boards also come with a double swivel coiled leash with high quality touch fasteners for strapping on the riders wrist (no, not the ankle. Bodyboards strap on the wrist).

The Lil’ Boogie Bodyboard is designed for the kid sized wave rider in mind as 38″ is the tried and true height for kids’ bodyboards. Young riders will enjoy the easy-to-grab rails with a width fit to their body size. For a bodyboard of this size, stringers are not necessary and not included as they only had unnecessary weight and loss of important foam floatation.
