Tips for making a purchase

We do our best to keep the online inventory up to date and current. We may have more products available than are listed online or items may sell out in our shop. We also have items available form different suppliers across the country. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding an item for sale via phone, text, email or instant messaging. We are always happy to assist you to ensure you are getting the right products.

  • What if I do not see the product I am looking for?

    In addition to what we have available on our website, we have access to several brands' inventories. These may need to be ordered from them which usually takes a least a week. Please contact us regarding any items you may be looking for.

  • What does an item that says "prebook" mean?

    "Prebook" means that the item is not currently available but is available to reserve for the future. Items may vary by brand whether they require a 20% deposit or full payment. Prebooks can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. Please contact us with any questions regarding this.

  • How do you ship boards?

    Paddle boards are available to ship via truck freight or air cargo. Air cargo is available if you live in a large city and usually take just a couple days. Truck freight usually take 7 to 10 days depending on the destination. We re located in San Diego so the farther away you are the longer the shipping will take. We have several baords already boxed up and ready to ship or we may need to box up a board that is on our floor or listed as uesed. This will take us a couple days to complete before getting the board en route to you. Any questions with this, please contact us.
