Engineered for Performance: The Precision Paddle Joint
The paddle's design features an engineered joint that elevates performance and durability. We use a double push-button clip to provide a secure, rotation-free lock that eliminates unwanted play and clicking. This two-button system ensures a consistent feel and unmatched stability during every stroke.
Our buttons are strategically sized at *6mm, a dimension carefully chosen to be less than one-third of the inner tube's diameter. This minimizes stress on the carbon fiber, preventing structural fatigue and allowing the paddle to flex naturally. The buttons themselves are hollow, a deliberate choice that allows them to deform slightly with the tube's cross-sectional change ("breathing") as you load it with potential energy. This ensures a consistent, predictable spring-like response.
Finally, the button holes are precisely oriented perpendicular to the handle's direction. This places them in the path of least bending stress, dramatically increasing the shaft's strength and resilience where it's needed most.
